The New York Times raises the hypothesis, later this year Google will present a pair of glasses based on Android, a new tool for augmented reality.

A DNA nano-robot

As if it were an efficient messenger, a new nano-robot developed at the University of Harvard (USA) can carry and transmit instructions to load the cells. The device was made with DNA and is inspired by the functioning of the human body’s immune system. The details of this system are published this week in the journal Science.

The capacity of the robot at the nanoscale (i.e., one millionth of a millimeter) to program selected cells opens the way for development of new therapies in biomedicine. According to its creators say, led by Shawn Douglas, this technology could be used in the future to design new cancer therapies, as it allows specific target cells and reprogram them to self-destruct.
