The Guardian, The British newspaper, reported very exciting news about Apple. The Cupertino company is working on a new format HD audio (High Definition) which will also allow the company to offer the same high quality content through the iTunes store, the well-known online music store apple.
Moreover, according to the newspaper, the audio format in question could integrate a function that is called ‘adaptive streaming ‘, that is to say, the possibility that the file is suitable according to the connection that is being used, thereby regulating quality streaming audio and in an optimal way for users who use Match iTunes.
For example, if you use a WiFi connection the song is played in high quality because the speed is much higher, while if we use the 3G, the quality will be low to allow faster loading of the song. Apple has also asked for a recording studio in London to prepare these audio files to the new format, the intention is to be ready to market these formats on iTunes in the coming months.
