Samsung has unveiled its vision of the future of television with the F9500 screen, which lets you view two programs at once. With the absence of Apple, Samsung wanted to make good use of the opportunity, during the CES 2013 in Las Vegas. The South Korean group has launched a new TV with the two people can see two different shows or movies at the same time, thanks to a new generation screen, called electroluminescent (OEL or OLED).
Glasses mandatory:
This TV, named in F9500, with dimensions of 55 inches, is the first in the world to offer a feature called “multi-view”, which allows two people to simultaneously view HD content completely different, and on the same screen, with its corresponding sound.
Joe Stinziano, one of those responsible for Samsung in the United States, stated, during a press conference, this was possible only in OLED, due to its high speed at which images can be viewed with this technology.
To see only those corresponding to the program of interest to each user, the two spectators will have to use special 3D glasses, with speakers that will provide integrated personal stereo sound corresponding to what they are seeing.
The evolution kit:
During the presentation of recent HDTVs in Las Vegas, Samsung has highlighted the Evolution Kit, a small module that attaches to any Smart TV brand and increases their yields and update in a matter of technology and services. Specifically provides access to a recommendation system with voice interaction.
Samsung did not provide the price, nor when begin shipping its new TV “multi-view” F9500. In any case, we are convinced that this new generation technology will rage among fans of the small screen, especially if they like to watch it in good company.
